I like blogging. It doesn’t have pressure. I don’t like pressure, even though i have a lot of pressure in my life. Tomorrow is my birthday and i was in the library doing homework when i realized that today is the last day i will ever be in my math class as a 21 year old, guess all those philosophy readings are helping me right?

its spring break! Which means i'm catching up on my friends blogs and eating junk food. Found something fun to do. You can do it too!!

My week.

I don't know why but this week has been a mess. 

• I had my online final, and i earned an A in the class. 
• The kids at work gave me a hard time(more than usual)
• My mom was sick with a bad cold. My friends were sick too.
• i dropped laundry detergent on my foot.
• My friend Michelle didn't get her internship she really wanted.

The best part about this week was 

• Glee. I think it was my favorite episode(Every song was perfect.
• I got my hair cut. I got off the bus to go to work with over an hour to spare, my hair is super cute and it cost only 20 bucks plus a tip

Everyone is feeling the pressure to be perfect this week, including me. There is no such thing as perfect. My new favorite song is Pink's F**kin' perfect. I learned the words in about a day. 

"...if you ever ever feel like you're nothing, you're fucking perfect to me."




Valentine's day is the start of spring semester. I'm taking 3 classes. I'm excited to learn stuff, and once again prove to the world and myself that i can get good grades.

An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind

I'm in the middle of my winter semester and I'm also working 3 days a week. Sometimes I want to scream because people annoy me but I try to just take a breath. In a world full of chaos when a person at Starbucks gets my order I calmly explain the situation, and my calm view helps keep the person who made the mistake calm. I don't know how this person who stands up for hours at a time making non-fat lattes gets home, or if they have a pet. I don't know anything about their life, and they don't know anything about mine.

I challenge you to think about this:

Next someone makes a mistake with your order or bill, take a step back and reflect that its not the end of the world, its just a overpriced drink from Starbucks anyway.

Positivity is contagious but also i have learned that negativity is also sadly contagious.

Happy New Year!!

My new years eve was spent at my grandma's house in the desert. I watched Hairspray on tv because i had the stomach bug and my parents/grandma went out. I don't want to make a list of new years resolutions that i can't keep so i made goals(i like goals better). 

I just want to be able to be happy.

I did really well in school this semester- I earned a B in math, which means I'm one step to going back to CSUN.

Goals for this year

1. Be happy with the life that I have.

2. Put school before socializing including facebook, email, and phone

3. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. 

4. Spend more time outside and reading.

5. When thing get tough be able to fix them and learn from them

6. Stay focused/organized in school, no matter how distracting life can get.

7. Reflect on how i treat others (i have a temper)

8. Travel to New York and beyond

9. Get my license(i know its been forever) and get a car.

10. Make this a wonderful year full of great memories.

Our holiday party on Christmas Eve was a hit! It had close friends and some family. We just enjoyed one another's company.
